![]() Which was ok but I do not live in the same city as my parents so I would have to take a visit back when the replacement tv came which would have been another week which that could not happen. The customer service rep was nice and offered a free replacement and a discount. Called customer service right afterwards. I placed an order which was a last-minute Father’s Day gift I ordered a Samsung 60" TV that came on the 17th of June on Father’s Day I set up the TV and the screen was shattered. Now I’m forced to figure out how to get food and water to feed my family because I will not be ordering any groceries from Walmart period unless this is addressed by the Walmart company I will be looking forward to speaking to you soon regarding this current situation. So, now because of the current event that occurred from my membership and loyalty to your company I now have to figure out how me and my family are going to drink water eat food have daily necessities that human beings need to survive on a daily basis including in todays order was supposed to be my babies wipes that was an other missing item in todays order and just to add my personal feeling on this matter today is that I’m being discriminated because of my address my payment method regardless of current circumstances we are still human beings that were gestured to make us feel that we’re less then human beings by this order that was delivered today let alone we are a family struggling to get by on top of it being treated like we’re less then a human with feelings and being treated inhumane this is my personal intake on what happened today. I understand my payment method may not be the most liked payment method because it’s food stamps but I was partially paying with my credit card the majority of orders placed were a hundred dollars or more me and my family are and have been loyal customers for over ten years me and my family spent a good amount of money into the Walmart company for our every day needs including groceries where we were physically paying at the store due to unfortunate circumstances of loosing our transportation and wanted to remain a loyal Walmart customer we now have our groceries delivered and now since the first day of delivery there’s been nothing but problems with stealing, missing items, week delays for deliveries from the store and delays for needs of me and my family that caused us to go with out food water and our child to go with out diapers for days you say your company is about family and families that are in need but your company allowed for a person that is a Walmart team member to totally destroy what your company’s all about and what names stands for. Where to add to that my child was without the necessary daily needs because of the events occurred by Walmart and the employees. ![]() ![]() When my husband comes up with the bags they contained an order with unknown food that may not have possibly been from Walmart or I was immediately alarmed and didn’t want to keep looking through the bags because it seemed like unknown meat products and ice cream and a bunch of unknown items I did not purchase nor was anything I even ordered in the bags upon further inspection I noticed that everything was replaced in a sense of value to the original items purchased along with many items missing and that is not including the situation that occurred beforehand where my 8 month old baby’s formula was stolen out of the order everything in that order was delivered aside from my child’s food. So today I received a picture and notification that my order was delivered so I seen right away something was not right so i wake my husband to get up for the order the delivery driver was at the door then told my husband that he’s going to leave the order down by our residences office area then was to quick to leave even though my husband was available to check if the order was correct because of the suspicious photo and prior incidences that occurred prior to this that I will mention later in this report.
